New research
A monthly log of new papers. Each entry links to the study's page in the database.
October 2026: the database opens
The site opens with its first 66 entries, each checked against a source record. They cover the main human trials in metabolic health, brain, kidney, heart, eyes and gut; the beta-alanine loading studies and meta-analyses; the standard reviews; the laboratory work on buffering, carbonyl quenching and glycation; and the horse, dog and cat studies that exist. The research database lists them all.
Known gaps to fill next: the CNDP1 kidney genetics papers, more of the Japanese polaprezinc trials, topical skin studies, and the older Russian literature.
